Victoria works as a Staff Nurse II at Kaiser Permanente in Vallejo, CA. She received her A.A. degrees in Nursing, Science, and Liberal Arts from Solano Community College. Ms. Rondez served as Chief Nurse Representative for the California Nurses Association’s Kaiser Division from 2007-2009. She continues to be a Nurse Representative for the CNA/NNOC and is also a California delegate for National Nurses United. Ms. Rondez is a mother of 3 boys and is currently a graduate student at the University of San Francisco, working on obtaining her MSN as a Clinical Nurse Leader.
Understanding the prevalence of illness and death among nurses, Victoria felt an urgency to be part of NCF to help the children.
