JP Reed and Kaye Williams of the Pleasant Hill State Farm office began their committed partnership in October 2012 supporting the education of students in need of financial assistance due to their parents passing while in the nursing profession. State Farm donated backpacks with school supplies to begin the launch of the newly formed NCF.
